Please join Joe Sola and Russell Ferguson and me and whoever else comes for a screening of "The Rebel," a 1961 comedy about an office clerk who decides to become an artist and does things like splash paint on a canvas and ride his bike over them.
Joe's never seen the movie, but Russell has and one time they were talking about it and Russell gave what Joe thought was a brilliant description of the movie and the English humor in general. Joe managed to track down a copy and now, this coming Tuesday, he'll be seeing it for the first time.
Russell will be giving a brief introduction based on what he remembers of the film and then we'll watch it. Plus there will be popcorn.
Joe's switching the regent coding on his computer one time only so we can play the movie. Be sure not to miss it.
